Dear SHS/VISTAS Friends,

As we are entering our 41st year in business we are so grateful for the people we are fortunate to serve. We focus on dedicating our behavioral support services to an adult population with developmental differences, mental health needs, and behavioral adjustment challenges that we care about deeply. We continue to operate four sites, in North Hollywood, Granada Hills, Hawthorne and Encino.

VISTAS North Hollywood, which has been in operation since 1985, continues to provide behavioral support services in a center-based milieu to a wonderful group of individuals. This site focuses on teaching an array of life skills related to socialization, stress-management, independent-living, and vocational development.

VISTAS Granada Hills, which is a 100 percent community-based site has been in operation since 1988. This site focuses on teaching salient life skills to an extraordinary group of people in a community-inclusion milieu with a behavioral support emphasis. This site is perfect for individuals who prefer to be out in the community entirely.

VISTAS Hawthorne, like VISTAS North Hollywood has been in operation since 1985 and provides behavioral support services in a center-based milieu. This site has been amazing in providing services that are empowering and help individuals thrive in all areas of their lives. The energy of this site is electrifying lead by a team whose compassion is clearly evident.

The VISTAS Home located in Encino has been operating since 1996. This home, which provides behavioral support services in a residential milieu, has helped its residents improve the quality of their lives and realize their hopes and dreams. The people that live at the VISTAS Home couldn’t be happier.

 As we proceed forward, we are inspired to evolve as an agency with a focus on enhancing the services we provide and helping all the people we serve live fulfilling and meaningful lives!
